GOBHY currently ships to France.
We are continuously working to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partners.

Please note that processing time does not include delivery time.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

·         Customs procedures

·         Carrier delays

·         Peak periods or unforeseen circumstances

GOBHY is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping is available on orders over €XX.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

GOBHY is not responsible for:

·         Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

·         Packages lost due to incomplete or incorrect address details

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

8. Customs & Duties

For orders shipped within France, no customs duties apply.

For future international shipments, customs fees and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
